Returns/Delivery policy


The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery time will not exceed more than one week of the indicated delivery time, except in cases of unforeseeable circumstances. The order will be processed and shipped within five working days of receiving payment. Little Pegs cannot be held responsible if the courier service is unable to deliver the order to the customer on time.


Little Pegs will gladly accept returns. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Little Pegs will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender and an invoice will be raised the shipping costs for returning the items.

An item can be exchanged for the same style in a different colour or size. If the new item is off a lesser value the difference will be credited. When an item is more expensive, you will be given a new invoice and a new payment request. The original invoice will be credited and refunded to the account it was paid from.

It is not possible to exchange an item for a different style, in this case the order will be refunded and new items can be purchased.

All returns should be accompanied by the order number, reason of return and request either an exchange or refund. Any returns received without said information will not be refunded.  Returns will be handled within 5 working days of receipt. The returned items will be refunded to the same card or account the payment was made from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Little Pegs recommends sending your return with traceable post, so please keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping costs for returns. Lost packages will not be refunded.

If the item(s) sent by Little Pegs is either incorrect or faulty, notify Little Pegs within 14 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.

Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the articles, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.

Money Back Guarantee

If the customer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the product(s), the customer has the right to return the product(s) too Little Pegs within 14 working days after taking delivery of the product(s). The customer must first inform Little Pegs in writing via email of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions and instructions stipulated by Little Pegs. This guarantee does not apply if the product(s) has been worn or washed, or if the customer has attempted to mend or alter the article in any way. Return product(s) will only be accepted if it is sent in the original, undamaged wrapping and the labels are still attached to the merchandise. Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will Little Pegs reimburse the shipping costs of returned merchandise. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Little Pegs will reimburse the consumer for the returned product(s) within thirty days after receiving it.
